Thank you your interest in reserving a tee-time through our website. There are no fees for this service. Please read the following policies and procedures designed to accommodate a smooth and expedient reservation process.

Elephant Rocks Web Reservation Policies

• All fees are due upon arrival at the course. We will only use your credit card for holding yout tee time and upon failure to cancel within our cancellation policy constraints.
• Reservations can be booked 7 days days in advance.
• All reservations must be booked with a valid credit card and expiration date.
• We ONLY accept MasterCard and Visa.
• No single player bookings.
• No twosome bookings before noon on weekends and holidays.
• Maximum of four tee times to any person or group.
• Elephant Rocks reserves the right to move singles and twosomes to other groups to best utilize our tee time reservations. Any changes made to your reservations will be confirmed to you via e-mail.

Note: Five tee times or more constitute a group outing and require a written contract and a signed cancellation policy.

Please contact our proshop at 928.635.4935 to book your group outing. Guests with coupons, discounted fees or gift certificates may not reserve a tee time through or website. All must reserve by phone or in person.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of tee time reservations and/or changes to the reservations must be made by phone or in person no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. Elephant Rocks will issue a cancellation number. This cancellation number is proof of the cancellation. If you do not receive a cancellation number, you need to contact the proshop at 928.635.4935.

If the reservation cancellation or change is not made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time, the credit card holder will be responsible for all applicable fees and their credit card will be automatically charged. Cancellations or changes CANNOT be made on our Web site.
